We’re half-way through the year and I haven’t blogged since September 2016. Whenever things get crazy, blogging is the first thing to get dropped from my schedule and once this happens, I find myself experiencing various emotions. To start with I feel guilty because I’ve abandoned my blog, and then I begin to feel overwhelmed. Mainly because so much time has passed, that when I think about writing I just don’t know where to begin. But once the overwhelm has passed, I find myself starting to miss my little corner of the blogosphere – which is where I am now.
So, what’s been happening at chez Barefoot?
New Wrapping Paper
This year I’ve released 6 new wrapping papers. Two of which are adapted from my two best sellers and then four new ones. I thought it was time to add something into the mix for the dog lovers out there too.

August came and went and September is now pretty much over too. This year has been a blur, but also quite productive. I have a tendency to take on too much and spread myself too thin, meaning I don’t always give things the attention they deserve. In August, I made the decision to make printing my main focus and I’m so glad I did. I’m looking forward to spending even more time on my business over the coming months.

Hello, July! Crikey; where has this year gone, seriously? As always, I tried to cram too much in and then found myself dealing with overwhelm.

Yesterday finally saw my new range of lino prints go live in my Etsy shop:<virtual chest bump>. I’ve had them on my to-do list since last year, unfortunately, this thing called life sometimes gets in the way. But you know what they say: ‘better late than never’.
There are six different designs currently View Post
Continuing on from my last two posts, I’m now super happy to say that my new lino-prints will be available to purchase from Tuesday 29th March! A mix of inspirational quotes and music lyrics, they will be printed onto cotton rag paper and available either as a single print or in a frame.
I’ll be releasing a few more images next week, but for now, here are a couple more prints that will be available from the end of the month.
